Fawcett VA Services Ltd Virtual Assistant Course License Agreement
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Fawcett VA Services Ltd ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") upon downloading the Virtual Assistant Course ("Course").
1. License Grant:
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course for personal or professional development purposes. The license is limited to a single user and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
2. Permitted Use:
Licensee is authorised to access and use the Course content for educational and informational purposes only. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Course materials without the express written consent of Licensor is prohibited.
3. Ownership:
The Course content, including text, graphics, videos, and any associated materials, remains the intellectual property of Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that no ownership rights are granted with the purchase of the Course.
4. Restrictions:
Licensee shall not sublicense, rent, lease, loan, duplicate, or create derivative works based on the Course content. Any unauthorized use of the Course materials may result in termination of the license.
5. Term and Termination:
This Agreement is effective upon the download of the Course and shall remain in effect until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license if Licensee violates the terms of this Agreement.
